Refund policy

**Returns & Refunds Policy – Online Skating Passes, Admission Discounts, and Digital Products**

Thank you for purchasing from us! Because the majority of our products are **digital skating passes, online admission discounts, event tickets, and other redeemable offers** (delivered instantly via email or account), they are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable once the pass/code has been generated, viewed, or sent to you.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so here’s how we handle things:

**General Policy for Digital Passes & Online Discounts**  
- Once a pass, discount code, or ticket has been successfully delivered to your email or account, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.  
- This includes any passes that are immediately redeemable on-site, even if you haven’t visited the center yet.

**When We Will Gladly Help (No Guarantees – We Review Case-by-Case)**  
We understand things happen. If any of the following apply, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll do our absolute best to work with you:  
- You accidentally purchased the wrong location, date, or pass type  
- You bought duplicate passes by mistake  
- The pass/code was never delivered due to a technical issue on our end  
- You have any other reasonable situation that’s clearly our error or an honest mistake  

In these cases, we may be able to cancel the original order and issue a new one (or refund you) at our discretion. Again – no guarantees, but we promise to listen and try to make it right whenever possible.

**How to Request Help**  
Simply email us at sales@classicfun.com with your order number and a quick explanation. We usually respond within 1 business day.

**Physical Items (if any)**  
If you ever purchase something tangible from us (merchandise, gift cards shipped by mail, etc.), the standard 30-day return rules listed in our full Terms will apply to those specific items.

**Chargebacks & Disputes**  
Please contact us first before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal – we’re a small family business and we resolve almost everything directly with our guests.

We truly appreciate your understanding that digital passes work like event tickets – once they’re issued, we can’t take them back for resale. Thank you for supporting our family entertainment centers!
